I believe that the Glitter Buggy was made by Fibre Tech in the USA. I have always known them as Glitter Bug, not Glitter Buggy.
I have no idea who made them here or which is the exactly correct name. Is that being too pedantic? |

Hi XTC
Looking at the picture there is a small fibreglass side panel with a small mud flap on the Glitter Buggy.
When I bought my buggy I thought it was a Meyers Manx. but I didn't know much then. I didn't know that a Manx does not have a bonnet ridge and that it has a badge bulge in the front of the bonnet, etc., etc..
I removed the side panels, not knowing that they appear to be a standard part of a Glitter buggy. I thought that they were an after market fitting.
That is why I'm very glad that you have posted these pictures as we all need all the help that we can get.
Thanks.
Richard. |

Yeah they didn't seem to come out on all of them though. May have been an after thought.
The rear is marginly wider then a manx and the angle of the side wall is greater then a manx. It's lower where the dash meets the body |
